Raised in the real estate industry, she followed her mother's footsteps into the business before quickly establishing her own name. "I jumped in full force, becoming the Keller Williams Realty Central Delaware Rookie of the Year in 2007. But I realized I couldn't do it alone," she says, crediting The Rivera Group's talented team for keeping all the moving pieces together.

That includes Alex, new construction specialist and cofound of Premier Custom Homes. Founded in 2008, the full-service construction company provides high-caliber design and build services, including custom homes and major renovations. "Sometimes there's a gap between what the buyer wants and what's available in the market. At Premier Custom Homes, we design from scratch and deliver something brand new for their budget," Alex says.
