Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for a self-motivated, supportive, friendly, accountable, action oriented, and optimistic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts! Someone who can manage team systems, while sweating the details that ensure those systems work.

The perfect team member will be an out of the box thinker, who can follow a system and be a problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve processes. You will be managing the day to day coordination of each transaction for the team. This individual will receive mentoring, and have great opportunities for growth. Job will grow into a full time position.

What You'll Do

  • Answer phone professionally according to scripts.

  • Manage all buyer transactions with detailed systems including CRM/database.

  • Runs Keller Williams & The Rivera Group specific systems and platforms.

  • Track and run reports.

  • Manage all buyer under contract activities and hold all team members accountable to their portion.

  • Coordinate with many vendors while tracking and organizing.

  • Constant calls to clients to ensure 5 star service.

  • Admirative task.
